“Before 2035, A Midsummer Night’s Dream was considered a comedy…”
Congratulations to Alchemy editor Glenn Clifton, who’s short story “Bottom’s Dream” will appear in the forthcoming anthology Best Canadian Fantasy and Science Fiction, Volume 1, published by Ansible Press. Glenn’s story first appeared in 2022 in the Canadian literary magazine On Spec, and then won the gold medal for fiction at the 2022 Alberta Magazine Awards.
The anthology will soon be available for purchase wherever books are sold; the ebook is available now.
Glenn’s been busy throughout the pandemic publishing short stories from a developing collection on life in the digital era in magazines such as Freefall, Prairie Fire, On Spec, Carousel, and SubTerrain.
