Cool Stuff: Gothic Text to Gothic Game

Some creative and ambitious 2nd-year students in Professor Anita Agar’s Gothic in the Western Imagination class (LITT20004GD) recently took an exciting interdisciplinary approach to literary analysis. The students, hailing from Sheridan’s Game Development program, created an online game loosely based on Charlotte Perkins Gilman’s 1892 short story “The Yellow Wallpaper.” As Anita puts it, their work “illustrates the important relationship of literature and narrative and Breadth courses to such degrees.” Explore and play the game by following this link: http://bit.ly/1wNV8wD

You will need a UnityWeb player plug-in which is easily downloaded from the game site itself when you unblock plug-ins.
